We will not keep your personal data only till we contact you. For any engagement afterwards retention will be determined in the contract.

Sales prospect information (those contacts that we deem to have legitimate interest in our services and those that have expressed an interest in our services or are in the sales cycle) will be kept as long as they have not opted out of receiving email marketing material or have not asked us to remove them from our database. Any contacts who ‘bounce’ as a result of receiving an outbound email will be deemed to have left the organization and will be archived.
